The QUICK LINE Butterfly Valve is the high-performance shut-off solution designed for the highest flow lines in your compressed air system. Its design is lightweight, compact, and allows for **fast and effective isolation** with a 90-degree turn. It is essential for isolating large sections of the network for maintenance without affecting the rest of the system.
Installation Styles:
- **Wafer Style:** Installs directly between two flanges, held in place by the pressure of the through-bolts. This is the lightest and most economical option.
- **Lug Style:** Includes threaded lugs (ears) to be bolted directly to the flanges, allowing for **isolation of one side of the piping** without complete disassembly of the other side. This is more robust and common in critical services.
Both styles integrate seamlessly with the QUICK LINE Aluminum Flanged Pipe system.
