Air-co 25 HP Duplex Piston Compressor (Discontinued)

The Air-co Duplex 25 HP compressor uses a 2x IMC-40 + 1x IMC-18 pump head configuration mounted on a 264-gallon horizontal tank, delivering 95 CFM at 175 psi. Designed for industrial workshops and plants with multiple pneumatic stations operating simultaneously.

The duplex configuration distributes the workload between pump heads, allowing alternating or simultaneous operation to maintain constant pressure.

Performance features

• Duplex Configuration 2x IMC-40 + 1x IMC-18: Pump heads operating together on a shared 264-gallon tank. Allows alternating operation for even wear distribution.
• 25 HP Motor (18.6 kW): High-efficiency three-phase electric motor (220V/440V - 60 Hz) with integrated thermal protection.
• Two-stage: Two-stage compression for higher pressure and thermal efficiency.
• Belt drive: Independent pulley and belt system for each pump head, reducing vibration and simplifying maintenance.
• Horizontal tank 264 gal: NOM-020-STPS compliant, with 175 psig safety valves, check valves, manual drain, and ball valve outlets.
