Performance features
- Lubricated rotary compression unit: No contact, no wear, no noise, no vibrations. Ultra-light unit without gears, preventing bearing wear from weight.
- Low maintenance cost: Just one service per year with no major overhauls required.
- SPIN-ON oil separation: Minimum oil carryover of ≤ 3 ppm to the air line. Minimum pressure valve prevents air backflow to the compressor.
- Integrated micro-controller: Readings and controls for pressure, temperature, amperage, fault history, operating hours, reverse sequence, and phase loss.
- Intelligent energy-saving system: Electrical air delivery control via inlet valve. Load-unload on demand and stop-start during no-demand periods.
- Sequenced fan: Fan motor doesn't run continuously, saving energy. Cooling range adjusts based on ambient temperature.
- Integrated acoustic enclosure: Interior structure lined with acoustic foam and removable doors for easy maintenance. Robust base for transport; no special anchoring required.
