Compressed air treatment selection

Before investing in your filters and dryers system, we recommend that you have these key points clear within your plant:

Uses of compressed air

Tools, actuators, bottle blowing, pneumatic conveying, valves, instrumentation.

Product contact

If the air touches the product or packaging, directly or indirectly (blowing, filling, sterile areas).

Cold areas / outdoors

Lines outdoors or in cold zones where condensation or freezing may occur.

Flow and pressure

Typical system flow and pressure, even if approximate values.

Quality requirements

Internal standards, HACCP, BRC, ISO and supplier specifications regarding air quality.

Fill in the fields and get a suggested air quality class and basic treatment configuration (filters + dryer) based on your application.

Important: This calculator is an initial guideline based on common good practices for air treatment. It does not replace a formal engineering design nor your internal plant standards.

Fill in the fields and click "Calculate recommendation" to see a suggested air treatment configuration.
